Jeffrey Nadrich, is a lawyer and partner of the firm Nadrich & Cohen LLP, in Los Angeles, with 24 additional offices throughout California.
Jeffrey first formed Nadrich & Associates in 1990 to represent families, loved one’s, workers, and consumers who had been critically injured due to the negligence and willful conduct of others. Nadrich & Cohen LLP represents people who have been seriously injured from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and in all types of personal injury related claims including defective products, defective premises, construction related chemical exposure, defective medical device and defective pharmaceutical drugs.
Randal Neal Cohen graduated from the University of California with honors in 1976. He was an English major with a minor in theater. Mr. Cohen immediately thereafter attended the University of San Diego School of Law. He graduated with a J.D. in 1979 and passed the bar that same year.
Randal Neal Cohen has been a practicing attorney since 1980. He has been a past or present member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
For the past 5 years, Ms. Poole has been the National Client Intake Coordinator for Nadrich & Cohen. Ms. Poole started working at Nadrich & Cohen, following her graduation from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York. Ms. Poole has over 8 years of experience assisting victims of personal injury, dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, nursing home neglect, wrongful death and chemical exposure.
As our law firm’s administrator, I bring my 16 years of legal experience to my job. My various responsibilities include running our law firm’s disbursement division, interfacing with client’s settlement procedures and outcomes, interacting with medical providers on behalf of our client’s in order to obtain billing reductions where appropriate so that our client’s can achieve the very best settlement distribution. I am responsible for establishing new relationships with medical providers throughout the country in order to provide our client’s with the very best medical care wherever they may be located. I maintain our law firm’s database of health care providers. I have been with the firm over 17 years. My job helping clients has proven to be a truly rewarding experience for me.
For over three years, Mr. Pamatz has been a member of the client intake team at Nadrich & Cohen. He assists new clients with completion of initial paperwork. Mr. Pamatz also assists clients with obtaining immediate medical care for their injuries. He has helped hundreds of California personal injury victims obtain medical treatment on a lien, which allows injury and accident victims to receive immediate medical care without incurring any upfront cost. He is a Southern California native and graduate of Otis College of Art and Design.
I am an intake specialist at Nadrich & Cohen and have been so for approximately nine months. It is my job to initially interface with the clients, answer the busy phones and assist the lawyers and paralegals in any way possible. I am a law student and plan on pursuing my legal career in personal injury law. I enjoy very much helping our clients and prospective clients.
I have worked in various law offices since 1992. I am the litigation secretary for the firm. I have been with the firm for over ten years. I am in charge of filing lawsuits, sending lawsuits out for service and dealing with all the court’s various technical requirements. Since all documents are time sensitive, I am solely responsible for keeping track of all incoming and outgoing pleadings. I assist clients in answering discovery, as well as notifying them of any court, arbitration, deposition or mediation appearances. I work directly with the firm’s litigation attorneys and have direct contact with all defense attorneys and secretaries. I love what I do.
As a paralegal for Nadrich & Cohen LLP, I assist the accident victim in every way, including negotiating the best settlement for their damaged or totalled vehicle, and completing the repair process. My paralegal experience, education, and fluency in Spanish are essential keys, which help me provide the best service to my clients. I communicate daily with clients, adjusters, and medical providers. I collect medical records, and prepare client files so the attorney is able to prepare settlement packages and forward to insurance companies on a timely manner. I love my job and making sure my clients receive the best medical care by medical specialists such as Chiropractors, Orthopedists, and Neurologists.
I handle special projects, assist in the firm’s file storage, office maintenance, computer maintenance, internet monitoring (www.personalinjurylawcal.com), legal word processing, shipping and receiving. I have been with the firm for over ten years.
As the newest member of the team at Nadrich and Cohen I handle the majority of the web-based tasks such as adding new and exciting content, coordinating projects with other developers, optimizing the firm’s various websites, writing new content and editing pictures and graphics when necessary. As the company’s resident Internet Specialist, I regularly seek out new ways to help the company present the most competitive and efficient image possible on the web. I truly enjoy my job here at Nadrich and Cohen, and I am proud to be a part of the team.
